In-patient suicide and '13-hour A&E wait' as Lanarkshire mental health NHS 'failures' laid bare

An investigation has found that in the last six years (between 2019 and 2025), six people have completed suicide as an in-patient across Hairmyres, Monklands and Wishaw hospitals.
